On February 28th, 2024 the next round of our Stammtisch:mensch.digital (It’s not rocket science!) will take place at 6 PM in the Triangel. The upcoming Stammtisch belongs to the topic block “Human and AI”. 

Robotic voices, tape announcements and the annoying pressing of buttons - automation on the telephone has long lagged behind. But now we are experiencing a technology boom in customer service that is based on AI. This holds potential, but also uncertainties.  We want to discuss this with you at the round table! Learn more about the fascinating world of voicebots from Daniel Schloß, PhD student at h-lab and product manager for chatbots/voicebots in the energy sector. Immerse yourself with us in what happens behind the receiver with audio samples and examples, and interactively discuss your experiences and concerns.
