We welcome Niklas Heyden as a new team member and doctoral student researcher at the human-centered systems lab of Prof. Mädche at IISM.  

Niklas holds a Master of Science degree in International Development and Public Policy from Nova School of Business and Economics. He has collected practical experiences in software development as product manager, digital consultant and web developer. His previous research focused on leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to tackle development challenges in remote communities. He joins the Human-Computer Co-Creation team at h-lab, where he will research the design of citizen science applications.
