The project MeKIDI focused on humane process digitalization in the energy sector. Specifically, software robots in the form of chatbots, RPA bots and virtual reality bots were investigated with specific focus on the interplay and impact on humans. The closing event takes place on September 14th in a hybrid mode: The physical event will be done in cooperation with the Bundesverband für Energiemarktdienstleister (BEMD) in Kassel.
