Industry Talk “Using Conversational AI and LLM to Improve Customer Service at Allianz Germany”

We were happy to welcome our alumnus Dr. Peyman Toreini and Daniel Faisst giving an industry talk as part of the master's course "Designing Interactive Systems: Human-AI Interaction".
They provided interesting practical insights into how conversational AI and LLMs can be used to improve the customer service at Allianz Germany. In addition, they also reported challenges of introducing these systems in a large insurance company and how to overcome these challenges.
