We welcome Daniel Faisst as a new team member and doctoral researcher at the human-centered systems lab of Prof. Mädche at KIT. He will join the Personalized Enterprise Systems research team. 

Daniel completed a bachelor's (B. Sc.) and master's degree (M. Sc.) at University of Bayreuth and wrote his master thesis about AI-based assistant systems.  He gained comprehensive working experience already during studying at Commerzbank and Daimler. He also founded a start-up. He started his professional career in a graduate program at Allianz and is working as Product Owner within the Tribe Contact Center and Conversational AI at Allianz. He will dedicate his research on leveraging generative AI in the context of Enterprise Systems, in particular customer service.His doctoral project is funded by Allianz.
